Labor Neuzehn has been invited to propose a selection of films from “Beyond the Surface” on the occasion of the 5th edition of Occulto Fest.
Selected works emphasize the interconnection between sound and light in moving image, as well as the cinematic use of sound material or aural references.
Occulto Fest involves artists and musicians that often focus on unusual and proposes an exploration of something between scientific experimentation, wonder, hoax, subconscious suggestions and physical reality, using music, videos and other media. From 13 to 14 November 2015 the 5th edition of Occulto Fest, in partnership with NK, will take place at the cult Berlin-Kreuzberg venue West Germany.
